「羽根屋」全國新酒鑑評会之出品酒，以自家種植的「出羽燦燦」精磨至50%，配合最高規格的「袋吊」技術，搾取酒液，並嚴格按照傳統方式在大寒季節進行了長時間的低温發酵和在低温（-2度）下進行管理和儲藏，是一款完全手工製作的日本酒。
