The Sakai Brewery's limited brand "Gokyo" comes from Yamaguchi Prefecture's celebrated sake "Gokyō," produced by Sakai Brewery, which has launched the limited brand "Five - five -" using barrel fermentation. The balancing sweetness and acidity are expertly crafted with "YELLOW," which is made with white koji!"YELLOW" uses white koji, typically used for shochu production. The citric acid produced by the white koji brings a refreshing acidity that mingles with the rich sweetness of the Junmai Namazake. Additionally, this sake employs the Joule heating technology, a secret weapon used in "Five RED," which allows even pasteurized sake to maintain a fresh taste like that of namazake all year round, enhancing its shelf stability and drinkability.
