Description

After opening, this sake releases a subtle aroma unique to freshly pressed sake. It contains rice fermentation sediment, offering a sweet and slightly acidic taste that doesn't feel heavy, and the gentle effervescence provides a refreshing sensation. It is recommended to enjoy this sake with winter dishes such as oden, hot pot, and simmered cuisine.

Named "Hinowa," meaning "shining white," just like its clear appearance. This brewed sake is pressed and directly bottled along with its sediment in a milky-white glass bottle. As this is an "origarumi" sake, you can fully appreciate the charm of Miyamanishiki rice. A common way to enjoy "origarumi" sake is to store the bottle upright for some time (approximately three days, allowing the sediment to settle at the bottom). Then, gently pour the clear liquid from the top into a glass to savor its taste, or enjoy the flavor after shaking it gently.
