Although this sake is already well-balanced when enjoyed on its own, due to its three-year aging process, it presents a creamy texture, making it suitable for pairing with dishes made with cream, such as chicken dishes or various types of cheese, which adds more interest. For Japanese cuisine, it pairs well with tempura or grilled chicken skewers.

This sake undergoes careful aging for over three years in the brewery, utilizing the unique blending technique of vintage sake breweries, blending several different sakes. The 6th generation master brewer considered making this sake easily accessible to more people to understand the charm of vintage sake, thus creating this entry-level sake.

This sake has also been selected as an ingredient for in-flight meals in the business class of Japan Airlines! In the business class of Japan Airlines, as one of the ingredients for in-flight meals, we have "Japanese beef fillet steak with Daruma Masamune aged three years sauce." This sake sauce is made using Daruma Masamune sake with a sherry-like flavor.
