Description

It possesses delicate Ginjo aroma and a smooth, easy-to-drink taste, refreshing and pure, yet far from bland, with rich flavors, making it very delicious. This sake is not only suitable for enjoying on its own but also pairs well with various dishes, crafted specifically as a Junmai Daiginjo for dining.

Despite being a Junmai Daiginjo, you can enjoy it as you please. Personally, I suggest starting with a slightly chilled sake that allows you to experience its delicate sweetness and rich texture, but it can also be enjoyed warmed. This sake can relax and warm your mood.

The brewery in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture, uses premium sake rice from across the country and a small amount of pure rice sake carefully brewed by the brewery's toji (master brewer) using the subterranean water of the Kiso River, earning acclaim and popularity nationwide, with enthusiastic fans everywhere.

Roku is the standard Junmai Daiginjo from Chouchin Brewery, but it may experience shortages, requiring waiting for it to be back on the market.
