Description

This Daiginjo sake presents an elegant and gentle mouthfeel, while also offering the splendid aroma typical of Daiginjo sake. It features a sweet and delicious taste with a relatively dry overall mouthfeel and a rich flavor.

It undergoes mild aging through mineral storage, resulting in a smoother and more rounded mouthfeel.

Made with the highest quality Yamada Nishiki rice from the special A region, renowned as the "king of sake rice," it is carefully brewed with superior quality.

It has won the gold award at the "National New Sake Evaluation" in the 16th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 24th years of the Heisei era. In the Heisei 20th year, it received the Governor's Award from the Tajima Brewers' Association's County Governor's Sake Brewing Research Association.
