Amaneko is the most unique among all of Aramasa's series. In its brewing, besides using the standard sake-specific koji, it also utilizes a fortified acidic sake koji.

This sake fully embodies Aramasa Brewery's spirit of experimentation, and to this day, it continues to stand out. Like "Colors" and "Hinotori," it is also brewed in wooden barrels.

Jikagumi is a very precious type of Japanese sake, being directly extracted and bottled from the finest parts.
