Description

This sake evokes the rich sweetness of Purple Shitenno, while also offering a refreshing acidity, allowing one to fully appreciate its balanced beauty.

From June 6th to 11th, 2023, an event themed around the fermentation industry, "Fermentopia 2023," was held in Yaesu and Toyosu, Tokyo. For this event, a special Junmai sake was brewed.

This creation follows the sake brewing method called "Genroku Shikomi," which dates back to the early to mid-Edo period. A characteristic of this brewing method is the minimal use of water compared to modern brewing methods. As a result, the essence of the sake ingredients is concentrated, creating a very rich and mellow taste.
