The Akaiwa Omachi, produced in Okayama Prefecture, comes in two varieties: Bizen and Akaiwa. Among them, Akaiwa Omachi is best paired with crustaceans such as shrimp and crab.

It features an excellent balance of freshness and acidity, with a slightly refreshing taste that complements the sweetness of crustaceans like shrimp and crab. It is suitable for consumption at both room temperature and slightly warmed.

Among the many sakes, "Yorokobigaijin" is considered a grand champion (Yokozuna) due to its intense flavor. It is widely loved and enthusiastically supported.

This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed using the Akaiwa Omachi rice variety from Okayama Prefecture.
