During repairs at the brewery, the master craftsman also works as a farmer. The rice he cultivates, "Sagabiyori," has become the daily sustenance for the esteemed members of Koueigiku brewery. People at the brewery say, "If we use this rice to brew sake, it will definitely be delicious." In fact, "Sagabiyori" is a new variety developed by the Saga Agricultural Experiment Station over a decade, capable of withstanding harsh summer temperatures and suitable as table rice. After verification, it was found that this rice is also suitable for brewing sake, leading to the creation of "Snow Crescent Sagabiyori"!
