This new sake's unique feature is its fresh and sharp flavor achieved through using fire in the brewing process, while bringing out the elegance and rich aroma unique to Aiyama to present a refreshing taste. Due to its rich aroma, it is recommended to lightly refrigerate and enjoy with a wine glass-shaped glass!

This new Kankiku Meijo product uses the rare rice variety "Kenaizan" that only two breweries in Japan use. Kenaizan is an extremely rare rice variety used only by Miyaizumi Meijo and Kankiku Meijo breweries. Kenaizan was successfully cultivated for the first time outside of Hyogo Prefecture using Aiyama as the seed in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture. This new product from Kankiku Meijo uses this rare Kenaizan and is born under the concept of recording the history of Kenaizan.
