This commemorative sake is a collaboration with the British electronic music unit System7, inspired by their music event "System7 Sake Infusion" held at Aramasa on May 7, 2017. The concept at that time was to let the yeast used for brewing listen to System7's music during fermentation, resulting in an unprecedented "Music × Sake" cross-disciplinary brewing experiment.

Formed by Steve Hillage and Miquette Giraudy, System7 is a pioneer in British electronic music and psychedelic dance. They have deep connections with Japan, having been commissioned by Rumiko Tezuka, the daughter of Osamu Tezuka, to produce an album paying tribute to the manga "Phoenix," and collaborating with multiple Japanese artists, earning much love.

This sake is more than just a bottle of sake; it is a cross-disciplinary experience that blends history, experimental spirit, and musical artistry. Whether you are an Aramasa enthusiast, a music lover, or a cultural collector, this limited edition masterpiece is not to be missed.
