Description

This is a sake that has been matured under cold temperatures for three years. The color is slightly yellowish, possibly due to aging. From its appearance, it also has rich foam. Upon tasting, the texture of the sake indeed shows rich bubbles, indicating excellent secondary fermentation in the bottle! As for the taste, it gives an impression of honey-like sweetness reminiscent of premium sake. The aftertaste also reveals distinct layers of sweetness, very delicious and sweet like a "Amagaeru" frog.

To support the reconstruction after the Noto Peninsula earthquake disaster, Shinsei Shuzo offers this three-year aged archival sake. "Amagaeru" aged for three years is strongly sparkling, undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, but as a vintage sake, it has already been processed to remove sediments.
