Description

This sake presents a refreshing acidity reminiscent of pears and high-quality sweetness. Despite its overwhelming clarity, it also has a firm presence. It is recommended to be enjoyed chilled alongside gourmet dishes, best savored in a thin-rimmed wine glass!

In a bid to support the recovery of the Tohoku region and the Noto Peninsula earthquake, this sake was collaboratively brewed with renowned artist Yoshitomo Nara, who was responsible for the label design, under the initiative of the Arabaki Rock Fest. It is produced in a limited quantity of 10,000 bottles, each marked with a batch number. Additionally, 30% of the retail price will be donated to support recovery efforts for the Noto Peninsula earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture.
