The pinnacle creation of the Yoshidakura U series – the winter limited edition sake "Pray & Snow."

We express gratitude and prayers to the snow-covered Hakusan (White Mountain).

This year, we are thankful for the opportunity to brew and, at the same time, to pray for snowfall this winter. We have crafted this sake using "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" rice polished to 30%, making it the highest-grade sake in this series.
