Description

This sake has a gentle and pleasant aroma reminiscent of wine, with a honeydew melon-like scent. It is full of the characteristics of nama genshu, but also showcases the unique features of Kokuryu. The mild sweetness brought by polishing quickly spreads in the mouth. The rich sweetness is elegant due to the moderate acidity. In the second half, the advantages of polishing are displayed, ending clean and crisp.

Celebrate the start of the New Year with fresh-pressed Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu. The bottle label is decorated with the "Ken-Kon no Bun" written by Kumo-do, a supporter of Kokuryu Sake Brewery, during the dawn of the Ginjo period.
