The "ALPHA" series is a line of Japanese sake brewed by Kaze no Mori brewery in Gosho, Nara, renowned for exploring new possibilities of Japanese sake beyond traditional frameworks from different perspectives. This time, we introduce the "ALPHA2 Manakatori Riedel Glass Set," a special limited edition of the series.

This limited edition set includes ALPHA2, the highest polished Japanese sake in the Kaze no Mori series, and the Shin-nakatori version. Shin-nakatori is a unique method of taking sake used by Yonaga Shuzo. This luxurious method does not use pressure from a squeezing machine, only taking the part that drips, reportedly only capturing about 15% of the whole. This rare sake, brewed with high polishing ratio of 22%, is directly bottled and is a very luxurious product.

The set also includes glassware made by the famous luxury glassware manufacturer RIEDEL. This is a very matching glassware specially selected by Yonaga Shuzo for "ALPHA2 Manakatori," with the special logo commemorating the 25th anniversary of Kaze no Mori engraved on the base. The full oval shape of the glass will further enhance the taste of Kaze no Mori.

This is a special high-end Japanese sake and glassware set. Although it is a very luxurious set, the price is also very affordable. Only 1500 sets are available. As a good companion to decorate gorgeous occasions, be sure to seize this opportunity.
