"ALPHA1 DRY" is the only dry-designated Japanese sake in the "ALPHA" series introduced by Kaze no Mori brewery. It creates a unique taste by combining the traditional fermentation technique called "Bodaimoto," originating from Nara, with new techniques.

The selected rice is the standard rice of the "Kaze no Mori" series, "Akitakomachi," with 100% usage and a polishing rate of 70%. "ALPHA1 DRY," brewed with "Bodaimoto," stands out with its individuality within the Kaze no Mori series, becoming a stunning highlight.
